As an Insurance Producer, you will help contractors and business owners secure the coverage they need to operate confidently. You will generate leads, build relationships, quote policies, and guide clients through the insurance process. Job Responsibilities
- Prospects and builds relationships with contractors and business owners
- Provides quotes for general liability, workers comp, commercial auto, and tools & equipment
- Conducts risk assessments to understand client exposureBuilds long-term client relationships focused on trust and results
- Collaborates with account managers for renewals and servicingMaintains licensing requirements and industry knowledge
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Experience in commercial insurance or sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently
- Ability to explain coverage options clearly and confidently
